Automechanical Plant LLC at Sochi-2010 Motor Transport Forum

Motor Transport Forum Sochi-2010 and the exhibitions of Chernomorsky Autosalon (XIII) and AutoStroyTrans (III) took place in the sunny city of Sochi for the period from September, 30 to October, 2, 2010. These are the most large-scale exhibitions of automotive vehicles in the region.

The exhibitions and the forum were held in indoor Sochi-expo pavilions, as well as at an outdoor exhibition area near the Marine Passenger Terminal. Companies constructing special equipment, trailers and vans for cars, as well as spare parts, components, service and diagnostic equipment, special clothing, antitheft systems etc. took part in the events.

Within the framework of the events Automechanical Plant LLC presented to the audience two samples of its  products:

  1. Insulated refrigerator van for transportation of food stuff at the base of ISUZU NLR 75 P chassis with Termo King refrigerating equipment.
  2. Insulated bread-transporting van with 144 trays for the transportation of bakery products and confectionery around city districts at the base of ISUZU NLR 85 A chassis.

Both vans are made of sandwich panels with the use of frame-free technology; heat insulation is ensured by extruded foam polystyrene of foreign production.

The features of the refrigerator van are the following: the thickness of walls and roof is 60mm; floor thickness is 100 mm; outer skin is Lamilux plastic dressed with white fiber glass, plastic inner skin; outer housing of the van is aluminum.

The bread-transporting van has the following features: heat insulation ensured by foreign produced extruded foam polystyrene with the wall and roof thickness of 50mm; floor thickness – 90 mm; outer skin – white clad metal, inner skin — galvanized; outer housing –aluminum.

Both models were design at ISUZU

base, which renders their overall dimensions relatively small and allows to use these trucks even in narrow city streets.
