THREE-SIDE DUMPING PLATFORMS

Three-side dumping platforms are remarkable, first of all, for the versatility of their functionality. They may be mounted on any Russian or foreign chassis.

The distinguishing features of the production of Automechanical Plant LLC are as follows:

— the hydraulic system is made of high quality components of the Italian production (DiNatale-Bertelli and OMFB);

— fittings are of the production of a highly recommended Italian company, ITALAUTOCAR;

— in the production of side boards Austrian sideboards steel profiles FUHRMANN are used,

— all dumping trucks undergo all the required cargo trials with an appropriate overload coefficient,

— prior to the painting procedure the platform itself and its subframe undergo sandblasting and are covered with a rust-resistant prime coat that increases hardware resistance to aggressive environment.

— a dumping platform is designed so that there may be mounted sideboards with a bottom or a top hanging, besides there is a dual mechanism of dumping.

— the height of the sideboards may be either 400 or 600mm.

— dumping trucks are provided with a series of safety systems that limit cylinder stroke

— on the dashboard there is an installed light and acoustic alarm system that is actuated upon switching on of the PTO.

— a dumping truck may be provided with a crane or a tent.
