Truck platform and vehicles with truck platforms

Production Enterprise «Automechanical Plant» carries  out manufacture  and  sale  of  truck, trailer and semi-trailer platforms  equipped with a sideboard platform, with  or  without  a  tent, on  the  basis  of  almost  any  vehicle, including  KAMAZ, Gazelle (GAS), ZIL, MAZ, etc.

Aluminum flatbed platforms  (400 mm and 600 mm).  The base of the sideboard platform is made of steel sections, processed with the usage of anticorrosive materials. Intermediate steel pillars are removable,  the locks undergo the process of galvanization, of foreign production. The anodized aluminium  side sections (sideboards) of the platform may recline, they can also be removed if necessary. All the sideboards are also equipped with lifting hooks for safe fixing of the cargo.

Steel sideboard platforms (400 mm, 600 mm). The base of the platform is manufactured out of steel profiles treated with rust-resistant materials. Intermediate steel pillars are removable, the locks undergo the process of galvanization, of foreign production. The steel side sections (sideboards) of the platform may recline, they can also be removed if necessary. All the sideboards are equipped with lifting hooks for the safe fixing of the cargo.

The floor covering may be of the following types:

• Transport plywood,
• Painted matched board
• Grooved steel

The subframe of the van undergoes a three-phase treatment:

1. Mechanical  cleaning – ferrous metal bead-blasting
2. Chemical treatment – dust removal, degreasing;
3. At the final stage special painting layers are added at the surface – overhead ground VL-02, — and polyurethane enamel prime coat already in the painting and drying chamber.

All the vehicles are provided with external lighting equipment in accord with the standards of the given type of vehicles.
