Company Automechanical Plant LLC produces and sells delivery vans for bakery and pastry products.

Bakery delivery vans are provided with several separate compartments with swing doors and are usually implemented in 2 modifications:

1. The base and the frame of the body van have a rectangular tube weldment that increases considerably their durability.
2. Solid sandwich panels made by a so-called frameless technology are sealed in between by vacuum bonding. The thickness of the heat insulation layer is 50-100mm. There may be applied the following insulation materials:

• High quality polystyrene foam;
• Extruded polystyrene foam;
• Polyurethane foam

The external and interior cover of the van for bakery delivery is made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating or of fiberglass plastics of Brianza Plastica production.

The interior part of the van is subdivided into compartments with side loading to facilitate handling operations. The van is equipped with quick-detachable metal or galvanized cages for bread trays.

The van body is provided with single-wing doors that open 180 degrees. There is a ventilation system predisposed inside it.

Bakery delivery vans are also equipped with zinc plated rod type fitting components that ensure a long durability of the product. There are also plastic mudguards installed.

There may be implemented structural modifications within a van upon a client’s request.
