Automechanical Plant LLC Conference. Wrap-up Meeting.

A closing conference of Automechanical Plant LLC aimed at summarizing the work results of the year 2010 took place last December. The representatives of chassis-producing companies (Mercedes Benz Rus, MAN Autocars of Russia, Volvo Vostok, Scania-Rus, Peugeot Citroen Rus (Peugeot brand), Volkswagen Group Rus, KAMAZ JSC, Sollers (Isuzu brand), Hyundai Com Trans Rus (Hyundai brand), FUSO KAMAZ Trucks Rus (FUSO CANTER brand), Baw Motor Corporation (“BAW” brand)) had been invited to attend the conference.

Last year has become an important and fruitful one for the plant. In their reports the representatives of the plant management highlighted several guidelines, which were the most significant ones for the company, and namely:

1. Production output increase, including non-standard products.
2. Production upgrade and automation. The use of innovative technologies and of the most reliable superlight cutting-edge materials.
3. Participation in three greatest international exhibitions.
4. Constant expansion of production areas.
5. Expansion of the product sales geography. Service centers in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk have been opened, and it is planned to open a center in St. Petersburg.

The plans of the company for the current year include putting new assembly shops into operation, which will allow increasing the turnout by 50%.
